Sue Anstiss

Sue Anstiss is an activist in women’s sport.

Author, podcast host and co-founder of the Women’s Sport Collective, Sue’s also a founding trustee of the Women’s Sport Trust charity and in 2018 received an MBE for her services to women’s sport.

Sue Anstiss has driven change in women’s sport for over 30 years. Having run a sports PR agency for 26 years, Sue is now CEO of Fearless Women, a company driving positive change for women’s sport.

 

Sue is the author of ‘Game On: The Unstoppable Rise of Women’s Sport’ shortlisted for the Sunday Times Sports Book Awards 2022 and longlisted for the William Hill Sports Book of the Year in 2021.

Sam Walker

Sam Walker is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster and podcaster with nearly 20 years experience in creating  critically acclaimed podcasts and providing high-end audio consultancy.

As a presenter, Sam appeared across national commercial and  BBC Radio working for stations as varied as Key 103 and XFM and BBC Radio Manchester and BBC Radio 5 Live, where she presented for eight years before moving in to full time consultancy.

Sam has developed and edited more than 30 successful podcast series for brands and individuals both in the UK and the USA. She is the host of the multi-award winning Sam Walker’s Desert Diaries and the critically acclaimed American Vigilante.

Diane Edwards

Diane Edwards MBE is a four-time Olympian, Commonwealth Games gold medallist, and one of Britain’s most accomplished middle-distance runners. 

Since retiring from athletics in 2000, she has dedicated her career to empowering young people, founding a charity that uses sport to build life skills and serving as Head of Inclusion England Talent Pathways at Sport England, ensuring athlete pathways are inclusive and diverse. 

Awarded an MBE in 2018 for Services to Sport and Young People, Diane was appointed Chair of the Greater Manchester Young Person’s Task Force in 2020 to support Covid-19 recovery. 

Also Chair of the GMCA Civic Leadership Programme and a Non-Executive Director of Commonwealth Games England, where she leads the Sport Committee. A public speaker and experienced event host, Diane is the author of her autobiography The Diane Modahl Story: Going the Distance and appeared on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!.

Eboni Osoro-Brown

Eboni Usoro-Brown is a former England netball star, lawyer, and broadcaster whose journey combines elite sport, professional success, and motherhood. 


A three-time Commonwealth Games athlete and 2018 gold medallist, she represented England 117 times and became known for her fearless defensive play, earning Hall of Fame recognition in 2020. Alongside her sporting career, Eboni qualified as a lawyer in 2011, balancing courtrooms with courtside as she competed at the highest level. 


After returning to netball following the birth of her daughter, she proved that women can excel as both athletes and mothers—a message she champions widely. Since retiring in 2022, she’s carved out a media career with BBC Sport and Sky Sports, while raising two children and continuing her legal practice. With stories of resilience, winning mindsets, and life beyond elite sport, Eboni brings energy, authenticity, and inspiration to every conversation.

Lucy Adams

A household name in UK skateboarding, Lucy Adams is a well traveled pro skateboarder and works full time at Skateboard GB as Progression Project Lead since retiring as Chair of Skateboard England and GB in 2020. 


At the top of the British skate scene since 2009, winning the UK Skateboard Champs and Girls UK Skate Jam numerous times, Lucy's efforts to make skateboarding more accessible for girls includes setting up Brighton based She-Shredders coaching sessions and leading on mass participation and inclusion events such as 'Push The Prom'. 


In 2017, Lucy celebrated over twenty years in the game with a Pro Model Skateboard for Lovenskate, an interview in Grey Skate Mag and a new part 'Master of Camouflage'. Lucy's day job see's her supporting the progression of talented British skateboarders and she also MC's and commentates on National & International Skateboarding events including the Paris 2024 Olympic Games for the BBC.

Sally Horrox

Sally Horrox – Chief of Women’s Rugby, World Rugby

 

Chief of Women’s Rugby at World Rugby, leading the acceleration of the development of women and girls’ rugby. An expert in the professional and commercial development of women’s sport, Sally has worked internationally on major projects in women's football, tennis, and netball over the past 15 years. 


Sally understands first-hand how to create and develop professional leagues, major events, and commercial partnerships. She is sensitive to the complexity of working across different cultures to grow sport for girls and women.

Sarah Massey

Sarah Massey is Managing Director of the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025.


With over 30 years of experience, Sarah has played pivotal roles in organising major sporting events, including Olympic and Commonwealth Games and World Championships, as well as working at the very top of global sports including athletics, rugby, tennis and hockey.


Before taking this key role at World Rugby, Sarah was CEO of the World Athletics Championship Oregon22, having also worked at the International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the International Tennis Federation (ITF)
